My Story
Michael Jones has an MBA® (Finance) from the Columbia Graduate School of Business, In the past Michael worked in a variety of corporate banking positions. By recommending appropriate insurance and financial products, Michael helps his clients protect the value of their businesses, the financial security of their families, and accumulate assets.
Michael helps owners protect their companies against the loss of a key person and provide liquidity to finance the transition of the business upon the death of a principal. He also assists companies structure effective tax-qualified pension plans which might include 401(k), profit sharing, SIMPLE IRAs, or defined benefit plans.
Working with his clients’ attorneys and accountants, Michael assists with planning for the transfer of the business. This includes ensuring continuing income to the family, providing liquidity to allow for the survival of the business, and ensuring a fair distribution of the estate to heirs.
